Finite resource wealth is recycled into perpetual strategic holdings, mirroring historical patterns of merchant cosmopolitanism fused with modern statecraft.

Persian Asymmetric Model and Maritime Chokepoints Iran draws on deep Sasanian administrative traditions for an asymmetric resistance script.
